Good question! Sing Text is not an app, it’s a vocal training service delivered to you via text messages.

Don’t get us wrong, we love apps, in fact, we ADORE apps with that being said, we decided to NOT make an app, and here’s why:

• It’s not another app to fill up your phone’s storage space.

• Sing Text is a vocal coaching experience—a conversation.

• It’s harder to ignore a text than it is a push notification.

• It’s a new method of learning, which is honestly really fun.

Sing Text exercises take no more than 25 minutes. On average most of the trainings take approximately 15 minutes. We create each exercise to be as effective and time-sensitive as possible.

Each day, you will be sent your vocal training via text message. Click the link in the text each day, log in to the member portal, hit play then sing along. You can access your vocal training anywhere you have cell service or wifi.

After you have completed enrollment, you will receive your first exercise within 5 minutes. If you have still not received anything within 24hrs of signing up, please contact us by texting HELP to 888-299-4674 so we can ensure you get your exercises.

Sing Text is great for every experience level. Each training builds upon the one before so you can ensure your vocal growth will never plateau. Every exercise is dedicated to improving certain aspects of your singing.

We know that the insight, feedback, and encouragement of a voice instructor is an important part of growth and development as a vocalist so we wanted to make personalized feedback from an instructor is something that’s accessible. We offer what is called a Vocal Check-In!

When you do a Vocal Check-In, we’ll send you a text letting you know it’s time for you to check in. You’ll click the link and get started by answering questions about how your vocal practice has been going, and things you have been experiencing and you’ll also be able to ask your vocal coach any questions you may have.

After answering the questions, you’ll then be prompted to upload a video of yourself singing through a song of your choice. Once you submit your video, your vocal coach will be in touch with you within 48hrs. They will send you an audio message with in-depth feedback for your voice, demonstrations of things to change in your song and exercises to help you achieve excellent technique, recommendations for your weekly practice to help you in your singing goals, along with answering any questions you may have for them.

This is a great option for those who want personalized feedback from a coach, just as you receive in a private lesson. 

Vocal Check-Ins are available as a monthly membership or you can also choose Vocal Check-ins a la carte. You do not need to be a current Sing Text member to do a Vocal Check-In. The individual cost of a Vocal Check-In is $25.

Welcome to the world of singing, we’re glad you decided to start! Sing Text is a great fit for beginners. As you grow in your skills, the training will progress with you.

Sing Text membership comes with daily guided vocal exercises and instructional videos where we cover a broad range of topics to enhance your singing experience and improve your vocal technique.

You can choose a 4-day training week or a 7-day training week in your Member Dashboard after starting your membership. We recommend choosing a training schedule that feels most comfortable for you and your schedule. Consistency is the key to growth and improvement in your singing. Don’t worry, you can change your training schedule at any time in the future!

Sing through your exercises on the day they are sent to you, if you are struggling to fit them in on a certain day, that’s okay, that’s exactly why we created text-in keywords. Text us the word REST to pause your training being sent to you for a day. We’re here to help you fit vocal training into your life with ease!

With consistent practice, you should begin hearing improvements within the first two to four weeks of using Sing Text!

Sing Text is a great tool for you to use even if you are working with a voice teacher regularly.It will enhance your lesson experience and expedite your results.

Your billing can be updated at any time by heading to the Member Dashboard and scrolling down the page, then clicking “Update My Membership”.
