Welcome to Sing Text, a service provided by Magic Cord Artist Studio, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Sing Text services, including the website SingTextOfficial.com and the membership portal SingTextMember.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully before using our Service.

By becoming a member of Sing Text or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Service.

3. Service Description

Sing Text is a self-guided vocal training program designed to help members improve their singing through daily vocal exercises sent via SMS and other digital communication. Members will receive training content through their designated communication channels, which may include text messages, emails, and access to the membership portal SingTextMember.com.

4. Liability and Health Disclaimer

a. Injury and Health: By participating in the Sing Text program, you acknowledge that vocal training requires physical effort and can involve strenuous activities. You understand and agree that Magic Cord Artist Studio, LLC and Sing Text are not responsible for any injury, strain, or damage to your voice or body that may occur as a result of following the exercises and training provided. You assume full responsibility for your own physical health and well-being while engaging in vocal training.

b. No Medical Advice: The training provided by Sing Text is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience any discomfort, pain, or health issues during your vocal training, you should immediately stop and consult with a healthcare professional.

You agree that Magic Cord Artist Studio, LLC (doing business as Sing Text) shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of using the Service, including any injury to the voice or vocal cords.

5. Products

All products provided through the Sing Text service, including any training programs, content, and tools, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice.

6. Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable taxes, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method regularly without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. Communication Preferences and SMS

a. SMS Communication: As a member, you agree to receive daily SMS communications from Sing Text through our designated phone number 888-299-4674. These messages will include training content and other relevant notifications about your membership.

b. Removing Permission for SMS: If you decide to stop receiving SMS messages but still wish to retain access to the vocal training content, you may opt-out by replying "STOP," "CANCEL," "END," or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any text message. This action will prevent us from sending you further SMS communications, but it will not end your membership or cancel your billing. You will still have access to your training courses via the SingTextMember.com portal until the end of your billing cycle.

c. Membership Termination: You can cancel your membership at any time through the Member Dashboard at SingTextOfficial.com/MemberDashboard. Membership cancellations cannot be processed through email or by responding to SMS messages. Once you have canceled your membership through the dashboard, you will retain access to the training content until the end of your current billing cycle. If you respond "STOP," "CANCEL," "END," or "UNSUBSCRIBE," it will only stop SMS communication and will not end your membership. You will still have access to the training material until the end of your billing cycle.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials for the SingTextMember.com portal. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or if unauthorized access is suspected.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Attempting to interfere with the operation or functionality of the Service.

  • Using the Service for any purpose other than its intended purpose as a vocal training program.

10. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. In such cases, we will not issue a refund, and you will lose access to the training materials.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Sing Text, including training materials, videos, exercises, and other proprietary content, is the intellectual property of Magic Cord Artist Studio, LLC, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Service without our express written permission.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magic Cord Artist Studio, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms of Use.

13. Limitation of Liability

The arbitration shall take place in Nashville, TN, and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
